Automations execute only according to user-defined configurations, triggers, and permissions. Ovalpod does not independently initiate actions outside of user instructions.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.

Marketing communications are optional, and you may opt out at any time. Service-critical communications will still be sent.
Some features require a paid subscription.
Payments are processed via Stripe, and Ovalpod does not store payment card details. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Free trials may be offered at our discretion and may require payment details. Charges apply automatically after the trial unless cancelled before expiry.
You retain full ownership of all content, data, prompts, configurations, and files you provide ("User Content").
You grant Ovalpod a limited, non-exclusive license to process User Content solely to provide and operate the Service, including executing automations and delivering outputs you request.
Ovalpod does not sell, rent, or use User Content for advertising purposes.
Ovalpod may process User Content to generate outputs as requested by the user.
We do not:
Third-party AI providers are contractually restricted from training on data processed via Ovalpod.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Slack, GitHub, Notion).
Ovalpod is not responsible for third-party service availability or policy changes.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
We may use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PostHog) to understand usage patterns and improve the Service. Data is collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service, excluding User Content, is the exclusive property of Ovalpod Technologies. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease.
Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ovalpod shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
